The Local Government Unit of Pilar, under the leadership of Mayor Arnold Alba Perez , Vice Mayor Antonio “Dodoy” Bargo and Sangguniang Bayan Members formally held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Pilar Multipurpose Building with Public Transport Terminal (Phase 1) — a significant infrastructure project that will provide a safer, more organized, and convenient transport hub for every Pilareño.

Present during the ceremony were Congressman Howard Guintu, BM Blesilda P. Almalbis, Mr. & Mrs. Homer Guintu, Engr. Cecil Lawrence M. Cruz, District Engineer of the 1st District Engineering Office – DPWH, Owner of the Marizaloi Construction Firm, Atty. Criselda Heredia, the Punong Barangays of Pilar, personnel of BFP Pilar and PNP Pilar, Dr. Jennifer P. Benliro, Campus Director of CAPSU Pilar Satellite Campus, Mr. Reggie Joey G. Benliro Municipal Administrator together with the Department Heads and Employees of the municipality.

This project serves as a testament to the strong partnership of the LGU with national agencies, private stakeholders, and community leaders in advancing development initiatives for the benefit of the people of Pilar.
